Каква е разликата между Look, See и Watch?

SEE (виждам)
Използва се без предлог.
I can't see you. (Не те виждам.)
I saw a lovely bag in the shop over there. (Видях страхотна чанта в магазина ей там.)
Didn't you see Ram? He was waving at you. (Не видя ли Рам? Махаше ти.)

Други значения: разбирам:
I see.
I see what you mean. (Разбирам какво имаш предвид.)

LOOK (at) (гледам, поглеждам)
Понякога на български превеждаме и като "виждам". Разликата между look и see е същата като между гледам и виждам.
Look! It's snowing! (Гледай! Вали!)
Did you look at the photos? (Погледна ли снимките?)
I'm looking but I don't see it. (Гледам, но не го виждам.)

Ако след него има допълнение, използваме предлога at:
John looked at Mary. (Джон погледна Мери.)

WATCH (наблюдавам, гледам)
С този глагол гледаме нещо продължително време, обикновено докато то се движи или променя.
The police decided to watch the suspect rather than arrest him immediately. (Полицията реши да наблюдава заподозрения, а не веднага да го арестува.)
I like watching football on TV. (Обичам да гледам футбол по телевизията.)
We all watched Tom walk over to his boss, slap him and get fired. (Ние всички гледахме как Том се приближава към шефа, зашлевява го и бива уволнен.)

Изключение: Когато гледаме телевизия в къщи, това става с watch, но концерт или филм в кино се гледа със see.
We're going to see George Clooney's latest movie at the cinema tonight. (Довечера ще гледаме най-новия филм на Джордж Клуни.)
Have you ever seen Madonna live on stage? (Някога гледал ли си Мадона на живо?) 

When I'm bored I play a few DVDs and watch them on my computer. (Когато ми е скучно си пускам няколко DVDта на компютъра.)
